The Blakely office opened in March of 2006 and services Early County and it's surrounding communities with quality health care for all ages.  In 2013, PCSG welcomed the community’s first Pediatrician to the team and expanded the site in 2018 to include a Pediatric wing with a well and sick child waiting area. In collaboration with Bainbridge Memorial Hospital and Manor, Obstetrics and Gynecology Services are provided Wednesdays from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
