Our Mission
To improve the health of the medically underserved population in Southwest Georgia by providing preventative and primary health services, including enabling services and health education services, regardless of the patient’s or the family’s ability to pay.

Welcome to Primary Care of Southwest GA, Inc. where it has been our privilege to offer health care services to citizens in Blakely, Thomasville and surrounding areas of Southwest Georgia.
Primary Care of Southwest GA, Inc. is a nonprofit health center
operating in part by Federal Grant. All patients are provided access
to affordable, quality healthcare, regardless of ability to pay.
All forms of insurance, including Medicaid
and Medicare are accepted at our facility as payment. We also offer
discounted fees on a sliding scale for all services to accommodate
any budget. As we are a nonprofit agency, your critical financial
support is always appreciated, so please contact us if you are interested
