Primary Care of Southwest GA, Inc. is a nonprofit health center operating in part by Federal Grant. All patients are provided access to affordable, quality healthcare, regardless of ability to pay.

All forms of insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare are accepted at our facility as payment. We also offer discounted fees on a sliding scale for all services to accommodate any budget.
