PCSG is a non-profit corporation which is governed by a local board of directors made up of community members, 51% of whom are required to be active patients.
PCSG serves the broad health needs of Southwest Georgia residents through a family practice model of care. PCSG works to ensure that its patients have access to all levels of the health care system, and is especially committed to providing services for the medically underserved.
PCSG is a strong advocate of preventative education and public health activities. Primary Care of Southwest Georgia collaborates with other community agencies and organizations, i.e. local hospitals, Spring Creek Health Cooperative, and Public Health to identify health related needs and to develop resources to facilitate these needs.
